THE AUTHORITY OF THE FUEHRER IS ALL-INCLUSIVE AND UNLIMITED - Ernst Huber

"The lawgiving power does not rest in the Reichstag; it merely proclaims through its decision its agreement with the will of the Fuehrer, who is the lawgiver of the German people"

"The authority of the Fuehrer is not limited by checks and controls, by special autonomous bodie or individual rights, but it is free and independent, all-inclusive and unlimited"

Huber was a legal scholar, and was simply explicating the principles of National Socialism to the people of Germany.

Huber extols Hitler as an ultimate leader, as a sort of shepherd over the people.

Huber writes off Democracy as a highly planned out and impersonal form of government, while proclaiming the "embodiment of the will of the people in one man" as the way to truly govern.
